What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger: And Still I Rise! @poetry @ThePoetryPorn

From long-standing friend Naomi Calligaro who keeps feeding my spirit with inspirational sayings, pictures and poems – despite seven arrests, three hate crimes, no pension payments since May 2015, six court proceedings ending with Police having ‘No Case to Answer’, i.e. the two of us ‘not guilty’ of conspiracy to intimidate witnesses, resulting in internet cables being cut, and a ‘Restraining Order’ not to make public any allegations. Do innocent, law-abiding people behave like that?

Maya Angelou “And Still I Rise”

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may tread me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I’ll rise.

Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
‘Cause I walk like I’ve got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.

Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I’ll rise.

Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries. Continue reading

When all Words Fail, Say it in Music: Coming to Light and Prelude to a New Era

Poetry says in rhyme and rhythm what prose cannot express: eternal truth in verbal beauty. Goethe said that it is a gift from Heaven to be able to write poetry.

Writing music must be a gift from Super- or Über-Heaven, as it adds emotional impact of the spiritual beauty of sounds to the meaning of words and ideas.

The Dutch composer Eduard de Boer who uses Alexander Comitas as his artistic name, had worked on Coming to Light before reading about the Hampstead case. He writes:

This seemed all the more apt, since the Walpurgisnacht is an important date for satanists. And since satanic rituals have everything to do with raping and killing children, I felt the impulse to transcribe the piece for brass band when I heard about the Hampstead case, and dedicate this version to the whistleblower kids. I thought that in doing so, the music and with it the story about these children would reach the British musical world.

My Vita Aeterna [Eternal Life] Variations for brass band had just been the test piece for the 2014 British Open for brass bands, and it had been very positively received, so I thought that a new composition for the medium would find its way in that country. But so far, neither version has been performed. This apparently needs some more time.

Having finished the transcription, I also wrote two Preludes, one called Prelude to a New Era for you and another one, called, Prelude to a Peaceful World, for Belinda, since you were two of the key players in the Hampstead case and I admired what you were doing.

In the meantime, you had posted some of your favourite poems on one of your blogs; poems that were of comfort to you during difficult moments. And so I got to know Das Leben, das ich selbst gewählt, a wonderful poem, and exactly on my wavelength, too.

So I decided to ‘try again’ and set it to music. Instead of a whole wind band, I would only need a singer to have the piece performed, since I could play the piano part myself.

The song was premiered in Augsburg, and as coincidence would have it, your Prelude was premiered one week later, by a friend of mine and one of his wind bands. That’s the story why there are now suddenly two pieces dedicated to you on the internet:

Prelude to a New Era

The Life that I Chose Myself

May you find your inspirations, too, in these difficult times!

KNOWING about eternal life and understanding its ‘mechanisms’, Ed writes:

Once you are aware that this is how the universe works, you will no longer be so stupid as to hurt people or act selfishly on purpose, because you then know that in doing so you do damage to yourself.

It seems that not only you, but in fact everyone who sticks out his or her neck to uncover the truth gets smear-campaigned.

This poem, together with the song, is therefore also an answer to all kinds of ‘illogical’ accusations.

Near-Death Experiences #NDE as Messages for Us as Individuals and Humanity as a Whole

This young woman decided to turn her ‘recklessly induced’ near-death experience into a video log. She answered questions that her YouTube audience put to her. On this fourth of five videos she repeated the message twice: KINDNESS matters. For you will feel in your heart what the people felt like when you hurt, abused or tortured them, before you leave your body for good.

She also says that we are all powerful and can change the world is going. APATHY in that regard matters as much as KINDNESS!

On an even more political level, the NDE of a 15-year-old non-religious Israeli who was also ‘clinically dead’ for 15 minutes, was shown the possible WWIII against Israel, triggered by Obama, besides the Second Coming.

I  blogged about it in more detail on

The video below is a 14-minute comment by Dr Patricia Snow based on the original 2-hour interview in Hebrew. Another of her videos is called Cancelling Satan’s Assignments! Continue reading

If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools…

Rudyard Kipling‘s poem If will remain true for ever. I just reread it, after having linked to it in this Sunday morning post. ENJOY:

If you can keep your head when all about you
    Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
    But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
    Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
    And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
    If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
    And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
    Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
    And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
    And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
    And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
    To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
    Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
    Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
    If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
    With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
    And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

Do not pull back or give up on what you started; you are not finished.  Keep moving forward.  You have already accomplished more than you thought you could, but you must continue to be strong and resolute in bringing to completion what you have been given to do, says the Lord.  Rely on Me to give you the wisdom and strength necessary.  I am with you.

Isaiah 58:11  The LORD will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.
