What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger: And Still I Rise! @poetry @ThePoetryPorn

From long-standing friend Naomi Calligaro who keeps feeding my spirit with inspirational sayings, pictures and poems – despite seven arrests, three hate crimes, no pension payments since May 2015, six court proceedings ending with Police having ‘No Case to Answer’, i.e. the two of us ‘not guilty’ of conspiracy to intimidate witnesses, resulting in internet cables being cut, and a ‘Restraining Order’ not to make public any allegations. Maya Angelou “And Still I Rise”

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may tread me in the very dirt

Hence I indulge in spiritual messages to feed my soul with ‘health food’.

In a vision I saw a man building a house with bamboo, and I knew this house would be simple, flexible, and durable.

Bamboo includes some of the fastest-growing plants in the world.  Bamboo has a higher compressive strength than wood, brick, or concrete and a tensile strength that rivals steel.  Compressive strength resists being pushed together, whereas tensile strength resists being pulled apart.
